Integrative Bodywork

Integrative Bodywork with a focus on Medical Massage is a targeted therapeutic treatment designed to address specific physical concerns such as chronic pain, muscle tension, injury recovery, or limited mobility.

 

Unlike relaxation massage, medical massage focuses on identifying and treating the root causes of discomfort within the muscles and soft tissues.

Your session is customized to your unique needs and may include a combination of therapeutic techniques and tools (such as light therapy and NutraRelief liposomal creams) aimed at reducing pain, restoring function, and supporting the body’s natural healing process.​

Full-body massage but with a completely medical twist! You’ll be asked about your current health at the beginning of every appointment and Heather will adjust your massage to meet your needs.

plus focus area (~30 min)

Full-body massage with target area(s). Heather will tailor the massage to exactly what you need and welcomes feedback, even while on the table! Let her know

to move on to another area or if you

experience discomfort during the massage.

Buccal Massage

This massage solely focuses on the face, head, and neck! Can be helpful for TMJ, tension, headaches, sinus issues, lymph drainage, tinnitus, facial symmetry, RBF, etc. Also includes before & after photos to see your progress!
