I am a Licensed Medical Massage Therapist, Artist, Wife and Mother who believes healing happens on many levels — physical, emotional, and energetic.

My journey into therapeutic work began when a loved one received a challenging diagnosis. We felt isolated and hopeless. Shifting to the "curiosity of a kid" mode, different answers were explored to address the problem.

And through one of those answers, health was completely restored. Hope is powerful! There is more than one answer out there. I help ignite curiosity and hope while making people feel better in their bodies.

Over the past seven years, I have built a practice focused on Medical Massage Therapy, supporting clients with chronic pain, injury recovery, and long-term muscular issues.
